This enclosure is custom-built specifically for the Sundown Audio SAv2 12" subwoofer. At Basshead Supply, our mission with the "Branded Series" is to provide subwoofer-specific enclosures that are well-built, high-performing, and visually appealing—all at a competitive price.

Crafted from premium ¾" Russian Baltic Birch plywood, this enclosure is both strong and lightweight. Our refined assembly process ensures a flawless, seamless appearance with no visible screw holes anywhere on the box.

Each enclosure is fully bonded using Titebond III wood glue, and includes a robust 1" baffle. For dual subwoofer setups, we add an 18mm baffle brace, making the enclosure capable of handling up to 2000W RMS (or 4000W RMS for dual enclosures).

Finished in our distinctive carbon gray stain and sealed with a polyurethane topcoat, this box stands out from ordinary prefab options. It comes complete with recessed satin nickel brass binding posts and is prewired with 10-gauge OFC wire, so it’s ready to drop in the moment it arrives.
